Dario

Owner

Dario was first introduced to dancing at the age of three. He learned to dance in his Mother and Fathers dance studio in Brooklyn, New York while they pursued their professional dance careers. Darios hard work in the studio finally paid off when he was ten years old, as Dario became a competitive ballroom dancer in International Latin, American Smooth and American Rhythm styles. Two years later, he became an instructor in his parents studio. Dario turned Pro at the age of eighteen, where he started to excel in his career, highlighted by a number of titles and championships in American Smooth styles. During the same time, Dario was able to manage and operate three franchise studios across southern California and Arizona. These experiences have allowed him to fully understand what a student needs to reach their goals at Next Level Ballroom. His experiences have also taught him how to be a professional multi-tasker, as he somehow juggles ownership and operation of Next Level Ballroom while simultaneously participating in the competition circuit, dancing in the Pro-Am division.

Rachael

Owner

Rachael grew up in her parents family run business in Las Vegas. Throughout her childhood and well into her teenage years, her parents taught her how to effectively run a family business. At the age of three, Rachael started dancing Jazz and Hip-hop. She continued dancing Jazz and Hip-hop for eight years, right up until she discovered a passion for competitive swimming at age eleven. She excelled at the sport and became a Regional High School Finalist in the 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard individual medley. After high school, Rachael pursued a degree in Business Accounting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During that time, she searched high and low for a sport that would keep her active, but she found that to be very challenging. A few years of searching led her to cross paths with her future spouse, Dario, who introduced her to Dance Sport. Rachael immediately fell in love with the World of Ballroom Dancing and has been dancing for over a year as an amateur at Next Level Ballroom, the studio owned by her and Darrio.
